Confidence can be a tough thing to find sometimes. There’s so many things that try to shake it and break it! One of my favorite parts of CrossFit is that there is at least one athlete a day that tells me they didn’t think they could do something…then by golly they DO IT! With so many skills to learn, weights to lift, and cardio to do… we all show ourselves what we are capable of and surprise ourselves!

Keep trying hard and doing your best! Then every time you do something you thought you couldn’t, let that confidence rise!

WARM UP -
20 Calories (or 400m run)
Grab 5/2.5 metal plates
IYTs
Dumbos
Rotators
Squats outstretched
Sots Press

MOBILIZE -
Banded ankle foam roller smash

COACH PREP -
Bar Kips/Knees to Chest/Knees to Elbows/T2B
PVC Burgener Prep
EB Power Snatches and OH Squats ——> Work up to WOD weight! Push yourself with the weight if you can! It’s a little heavier than normal but the goal is low to help ease the pressure to go too fast in exchange for a lower weight!

WOD -
AMRAP 12:
12 Toes to Bar
12 Power Snatches 105/75
12 Overhead Squats 105/75

Goal for the workout is to get through 3 or more rounds! This is the perfect kind of WOD to work on pushing your limits with unbroken sets! 12 is a lot but most people can do 10 in a row so you just need to push to get 2 more!!! You can do it!!!
