I spent a really fun year living in Germany and then hiking the Appalachian trail!

How long have you been doing CrossFit?

A little over 9 months

Favorite CrossFit move?

Rope climbs or thrusters. Although I'm re-evaluating that after 19.5

Least favorite Crossfit move?

Snatches

Why do you love Crossfit?

I love that there is always something to improve on. Even though heavy lifting isn't my favorite thing, I never really believed I could workout with a barbell before and Crossfit gave me the confidence to do that. 

What makes Choice City so special?

Definitely the people. I was really intimidated when I first joined because I didn't know what to expect, but everyone was so friendly and helpful that I felt comfortable really quick! I also love seeing everybody improve in fitness and gain confidence doing things they never thought they could.
