A modification of the Comp Train workout Macho Man
EMOM as long as possible:
3 power cleans 135/95
3 front squats 135/95
3 jerks 135/95

If you can upgrade to Macho Man, it is: 185/135 Downgrade to Gazpacho Man 96/65

If your time is less than 5 minutes, then immediately AMRAP 5: over the bar burpees
