Here's a tasty little tip for your Tuesday! I love making my own grab-n-go snack packs! Here's half (for a total of 12) of the packs I filled with a variety of protein and healthy fats AND the total price for all of them was around $15! SO if you compare size, quality, variety, and nutrition content to the store bought versions...you definitely get more bang for your buck with the homemade version and all it takes is the shopping and throwing it in a box for later convenience! 
Healthy snacks are a great way to stave off binge eating McDonald's on your way home from work or to keep your mind focused on important stuff instead of your rumbly tumbly!
