Sure, you can do hundreds of ab mat sit-ups and hanging leg raises and crunches but no amount of ab exercises will give you a six pack if you are eating unhealthy! You've probably heard it before or seen the quote on instagram..."Abs are made in the kitchen!" PREACH! And I agree with you, I'd much rather do Annie a hundreds times rather than completely cut out cupcakes or beer or chips&salsa, but if you want ABZ, that's what it takes!
