Throughout my coaching career thus far, one of the things that has amazed me is the amount of flexibility, body awareness, strength, and cardio capacity that is lost when people stop following a fitness routine! It comes back quickly (especially while doing CrossFit regularly, and I can see progress in each class people attend but I think it's also just as easily lost! Sticking around with your fitness family, living a lifestyle of physical fitness, and focusing on your health...that's the way to preserve your good condition as a human being!
