180326 - Motivation Monday

For the next 8 weeks, we will be BUILDING STRENGTH! The CrossFit Open is over and we are excited to spend the upcoming months working on powerlifting! Each day Monday through Thursday we are doing one lift per day.
This week we are working on form throughout the lift.
Next week we are establishing one rep maxes.
Monday, April 9th we start Wendler 5/3/1 and will continue for the next 6 weeks!
