We’re closed today, but we’ll be open Wed, Thu and Fri at 6am, 9am, 4:30 and 5:30pm! Open for normal hours Saturday and Sunday (our 10th Anniversary date)!

If you’re jonesing for a workout to do at home, here’s a doozy for an at home Tabata Tuesday!

Warm-up
Do each of the listed movements for :60 max reps
Mobilty
As needed based on current level of soreness. Things you can do at home include: couch stretch, side hip, doorjam pec stretch, samurai sitting, scorpion and can-can.
WORKOUT
8 rounds of :20 work and :10 rest of:
Air squat
Rest 1:00
then
8 rounds of :20 work and :10 rest of:
Mountain climbers
Rest 1:00
then
8 rounds of :20 work and :10 rest of:
Squat hold (shake your legs out during the :10 rest)
Rest 1:00
then
8 rounds of :20 work and :10 rest of:
Jump Lunges

Write lowest score of each round in the comments!
IE 20, 25, 8 (highest score if you can hold all :20 sets) and 15
