150601 - Catalyst

We're going to start a tersed version of Catalyst Athletics' Weightlifting program. Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays are programmed Catalyst. Tuesday, Wednesday and Fridays are programmed CrossFit. That mean's Wednesday's are pick and choose for you. This will allow a balanced approach to the Catalyst training without burning people out on just Oly work and no METCONs.
