CFNFC will be offering a hands-on CrossFit Endurance Team Run Efficiency seminar on Sunday the 8th of March at 10am and there we'll hand out the 12 week programming template that will set you up for Bolder Boulder success. The Seminar is free to CFNFC Athletes, the 12 week program is free, all you have to do is show up and put the work in (and do a little work on your own, no big whup).
