Team wall balls with extra squat for teammate
Row for calories (team total)
High five push-ups
Partner single-bar deadlifts (side by side) 135/155

WOD 2:
Partner relays
2x down and back wheelbarrow race (switch at turnaround)
2x down and back foam roller pinch run
Down 3 plate quicksand
Back 2 plate quicksand
