500m row (each partner does 250m)
50 alternating 20" box jumps
400m buddy run, cannot be more than arm's length from each other
50 team thrusters in sets of 5 M:75 F:55
800m Ranger run
1 "machine gun" sledgehammer or axel
1 ammo can 25lbs
1 hand grenade trainer
Hand grenade toss miss= 20 burpees each, 5m target no burpees, 1m target no burpees for team.
