Alternating with sets of 5 hang power cleans M:165 F:115 scale as needed
2. 1RM Front Squat (suggested rep scheme: 5, 5, 3, 1, 1, 1...)

CFNFC Fact: We have a DVM, DO, JD, at least 2 PhDs, PharmD, CRNA, innumerable MA/MBAs plus one going to DO, one going to CRNA, one in DPT, one graduating DVM, and those are only the ones I can remember. If I missed yours, put it in comments!
