10 Snatch high pulls
10 Snatch balances
10 Overhead squats
5 Clean deadlifts
5 Hang squat cleans
5 Full depth push or split jerks

If you're not doing the weightlifting competition:
30-20-10
Ground to overhead M:45 F:25
Double-unders
Hand release push-ups
400m run with plate (hold any way you can)
