Open Gym

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8am-9am
Saturday: 8am-10am
Sunday: 5pm-7pm (NEW!)

Members can make up missed WODs, work on weaknesses, mobilize and socialize etc. 

Classes

Monday through Friday:
6am, 7am, 9am, 10am
then again at
3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Members are able to come to any time available. You are not limited to certain times! The WOD is the same for each class.

Barbell Club (Oly, Power)

Sunday: 8am-10am
Members are invited to Barbell Club after requisite experience with the lifts.
Session includes: 30 minutes mobility work and an hour and a half of skill and strength work in the lift of the day (alternating weeks)
