6am, 7am, 8am, 9am
EVENING CLASSES
3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm and
(6:30pm is Mon & Fri ONLY)
Members can come to any time.
The workout of the day is the same for each class!
Each class is 60 minutes long.

Strongman
6:30pm Wednesdays
Lift, pull, push, drag, throw, tow heavy sh*t.

CrossFit Kids
10:10-10:45am Saturdays
*check schedule for availability
Members get one free Kid’s Membership per adult member.

Open Gym
6:30pm Tuesdays & Thursdays
8-10am Saturdays
10-Noon Sundays
The best times to make up WODs, work on additional strength, conditioning, skills and mobility!

Barbell Club
8-10am Sunday
Members are invited after requisite experience in the lifts.
Lifts alternate weekly between Clean&Jerk then Snatch!
