Bring A Motivated Friend Day (BAMF DAY)

Our Second BAMF Day this month, this time it's for the hardcores! A variation of the "300" workout will be the workout of the day. We will be able to scale it to ability, but the goal here is to challenge folks looking for that extra-hard thing that they're not finding in their current fitness routine.
